At Snatch Kart, your trust is our priority. We offer a comprehensive 7-Day Checking Warranty on all products.
How to Claim a Return/Exchange:
- Make a Video: You MUST make a short video while opening the parcel (Unboxing Video). This is your proof if the product is broken or missing.
- Send to WhatsApp: If you find any defect, send the video to our WhatsApp number immediately.
We will Replace the item FREE of cost if:
- The item arrived broken or damaged.
- We sent the wrong size or color.
- The product is not working as advertised.
Please Note:
- "Change of Mind" returns (e.g., "I just don't like it anymore") are not accepted after the parcel is opened.
- Claims without an Unboxing Video will not be entertained.
Shipping Time:
We deliver all over Pakistan within 3 to 5 working days via TCS/Post Ex/Leopards.
